1. General Terms

Registration, accommodation and other service payments made for the IV. Prosthetics and Orthotics Congress (April 30 - May 3, 2025) are final and non-refundable. The congress organization undertakes that all payments made are reserved for the organization process and that no refunds will be made.

2. Return Policy in Case of Force Majeure

In case of force majeure reasons specified below, refund or registration transfer options will be considered:

• Natural disasters (earthquake, flood, fire, etc.)

• Epidemic diseases or states of emergency declared by official authorities

• Cancellation of the congress due to war, terrorist attacks or security threats

• Prohibitions and restrictions imposed by the government or official authorities

In these cases, the organizing committee will offer participants alternative solutions regarding registration and accommodation fees.

3. Transfer and Postponement Policy

Since refunds cannot be made, participants who are unable to attend the congress may consider the following options:

• Registration transfer: The participant may transfer his/her registration to another person. For the transfer, written notification must be made to the organization secretariat by April 15, 2025 at the latest.

• Transfer to the next congress: It is not possible to transfer registration fees to the next congress except for force majeure reasons.
