IV. PROSTHETICS AND ORTHOSIS CONGRESS PAPER WRITING RULES
Abstracts to be sent to the IV. Prosthetics and Orthotics Congress must be prepared in accordance with the rules stated below. All participants must complete their applications in accordance with these rules.
Paper Preparation Rules
Papers will be accepted after the referee evaluation and will be included in the congress as oral or poster presentations.
Paper applications should be made via opoder@protezortezkongresi.com . The deadline for applications is April 15, 2025, and applications made after this date will not be evaluated.
When applying, the phrase "Application for Abstract" must be added to the e-mail subject line. Applications that do not include this phrase will not be taken into consideration.
Papers must be submitted in Turkish and English. Texts prepared in both languages must comply with grammar, clarity and spelling rules. Papers will not be accepted if the necessary corrections are not made.
The abstract should include the Purpose, Method, Findings and Conclusion sections.
The abstract text should not exceed 250 words (excluding the title).
2-5 keywords from MESH terms should be added.
Tables, graphics or visual elements should not be used in the abstract. Such attachments will be deleted by the editors.
The e-mail address of the responsible author must be stated in the application e-mail. Acceptance notifications and other announcements will be made via this e-mail address.
If the paper to be presented at the congress is accepted, at least one of the authors must have completed the congress registration and paid the fee.
Papers must be compatible with the topics specified on the congress website. Papers that are not found suitable will not be evaluated.
The final decision on whether the papers are accepted or not will be made by the Congress Organizing Committee and the results will be sent to the corresponding author via e-mail.
